Economical as compared to Epoxy based product. ReArm Hack Aid P holds the concrete tightly due tointeraction polymerization. As the concrete cures, the bond strength increases. No hacking is required before plaster application. Excellent interfacial bonding between old and new concrete. Excellent bonding between masonry and subsequent layerof plasters. Non-ionic, hence no possibility of attack on concrete bychlorides, alkalis, sulphates, etc. It does not have any corroding or deteriorating effect on thereinforcement steel. The bond between steel and concrete is also preserved byReArm Hack Aid P Laboratory tests reveal that the force required to pull outReArm Hack Aid P aided plaster is twice the force requiredto detach ordinary plaster. In many repair cases gunniting does not last due toinadequate bond. Where surfaces are contaminatedwith oil or grease, this should be removed by usinga strong industrial detergent or organic degreaser. Surfaceshould be washed thoroughly with water and dried before theapplication of Nitobond EP.MixingThe entire contents of the hardener can should be poured intothe resin container and the two materials thoroughly mixeduntil a uniform colour is obtained. To facilitate application attemperatures below 10 0C the separate components shouldbe warmed in hot water to a maximum of 25 0C before mixing.CoatingMixed Nitobond EP should be brush applied to the preparedsurface.
